MAX BAERMANN GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of plastic-bonded permanent magnets worldwide. For more than 90 years our products have been used in a wide variety of industrial applications and mainly in the fields of:

• Rotation angle sensors
• Torque sensors
• Auxiliary coolant pumps
• Fittings and instruments

The magnets are developed and made ready for batch production in close cooperation with our specialist departments for design, product and process development and quality assurance as well as with our customers and specifically according to their requirements.

The quality and uniformity of our production meet the highest international standards. Our company is certified according to IATF16949:2016. Customer-specific solutions of this kind require special moulds and fixtures which are manufactured in our own mould shop for reasons of economy and proximity to the product.

The raw materials we use are thoroughly tested by our material management before they are deployed and are only released for production when perfectly usable. The mixing processes and ratios are subject to constant control and are continuously optimised.
